What's included in the program, what we expect from students, and how we operate.

Enrollment in a Voyager Cyber Security+ Bootcamp includes:
Program schedule, session times, and delivery format are subject to change. Voyager Cyber reserves the right to modify instructors, content, or delivery format as needed. In the event of a significant schedule change, enrolled students will be notified promptly and offered alternatives.
Voyager Cyber provides instruction and preparation resources, but cannot guarantee that any student will pass the CompTIA Security+ exam. Exam performance depends on individual effort, study habits, and exam-day conditions outside of our control. Our exam retake support policy exists to help students who complete the program and still need additional preparation — it is not a pass guarantee. Detailed eligibility requirements for exam retake support are outlined elsewhere in the terms of service.
All materials provided — including session recordings, slide decks, practice questions, and written guides — are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Voyager Cyber is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment. Students who engage in disruptive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward instructors or fellow students may be removed from the program at our discretion. No refund will be issued in cases of removal for conduct violations.
Exam vouchers included with Professional and Career Accelerator tiers are issued by CompTIA and subject to CompTIA's own terms and expiration policies. Voyager Cyber is not responsible for voucher expiration resulting from student inaction, exam scheduling delays, or changes to CompTIA's policies. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.
Exam vouchers included with Professional and Career Accelerator tiers are issued to enrolled students within five (5) business days of the cohort start date, not at the time of enrollment. Refund eligibility under the Refund Policy is therefore not affected by voucher issuance for requests made before the cohort begins, except that once a voucher has been issued, the voucher component ($499 value) is non-refundable regardless of timing.
Professional and Career Accelerator students who purchase their voucher through us have their second attempt covered if they don't pass. Professional and Career Accelerator students who fail both attempts while meeting documented eligibility requirements (80% live session attendance, completed practice exams, two score reports submitted) may request a seat in a future cohort at no additional cost. Vouchers for additional attempts are not included.

In the unlikely event that Voyager Cyber must cancel a cohort, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to transfer their enrollment to the next available cohort at no additional charge.
Voyager Cyber's liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost income or missed employment opportunities.
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Access to the program is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
Certain services, including exam vouchers, payment processing, and form submissions, are provided by third parties. Voyager Cyber is not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of these services.
Voyager Cyber reserves the right to refuse enrollment or participation at its discretion.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, you agree to contact Voyager Cyber to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Access to course recordings and materials is provided for the duration of the cohort and for a limited period thereafter, as determined by Voyager Cyber, typically not less than 30 days after the cohort ends.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Refund and transfer eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. By enrolling, you agree to those terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Students enrolled at the time of a change will be notified by email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
