We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Contact you about enrollment status, cohort dates, and program updates
  • Answer questions you send us directly
  • Send occasional updates about Voyager Cyber programs (you can opt out at any time by emailing info@voyagercyber.com)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Data Is Processed (Third-Party Services)

We use trusted third-party tools to run our academy securely and efficiently. By using our site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following services according to their respective privacy policies:

  • Analytics & Behavior: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic and see how users interact with our pages. Clarity captures behavioral metrics (like heatmaps and session replays) but automatically masks sensitive keystrokes to protect your privacy.
  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe's encrypted infrastructure.
  • Communications: We use Brevo to manage our email communications, program updates, and waitlists.
  • Scheduling & Intake: We use Google Calendar to manage cohort schedules and Calendly for admissions consultations.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to communicate with you about the program. If you are not enrolled and have not heard from us in 12 months, your information will be deleted from our active records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information at any time
